1. Educational Purpose

All courses and materials are provided for educational purposes only. Participation does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, nor does it guarantee any specific outcome.

2. Enrollment & Seat Reservation

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment, either:

• Full tuition payment, or

• A non-refundable deposit to reserve a seat

Seats are limited and may be reassigned if payment obligations are not met.

3. Deposits & Balance Due

• Deposits reserve a seat but do not constitute full payment.

• Any remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline.

• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in loss of the reserved seat without refund of the deposit.
  
  

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms will be disclosed during registration or in course-specific communications. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.

5. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive email communications related to your enrollment. SMS communications are optional and require explicit opt-in.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and documents are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
